Deo Collective is a nonprofit religious organization and is exempt from federal income tax under Section 508(c)(1)(A) of the Internal Revenue Code, which provides a mandatory exception from applying to the IRS for recognition of 501(c)(3) status. Contributions are tax- deductible to the fullest extent of the law.
